Hola amigos,

So, a lot of people are asking me about what I’m doing for my health, because they are noticing changes in me regarding how I look, feel, and I think just overall outlook on life. So, I figure I put it all down on paper and we can ascend together. I’m not recommending anything for anyone as I understand peoples’ health is a serious and delicate subject, but I think putting down everything on paper will make it easier for me to convey the things I’m doing and for people to be able to understand it and make decisions for themselves. To give a little background information, this is what I looked like before starting on my health journey, while I was in living in Vegas staring at a computer screen 24/7 waiting for Lebron James to decide to take a night off, so I could get a bet/wager in at favorable odds before the sportsbooks adjusted odds to reflect the best player in the league at the time, not being on the court.

This is what I looked like. First picture makes me look like a terrorist. The rest are up for debate...so yea not great. While in Vegas I was pretty much eating the standard American diet, which consisted of a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant in the morning, Chick Fil-a for lunch, and then go to the bar get some beers and whatever sounded good on the menu. It wasn’t all that bad though as I did go through a stint of eating steak, chicken and rice from a place down the block from me, but still never felt great. Not only did I look awful, I felt awful. Plus, I was losing my hair in my mid-twenties, clearly something was wrong. So, I decided to make my income more passive, move to Miami Beach, and focus on my health, because as we all know...health is wealth. About 4 years later and here we are...at the point where I think I’ve finally figured at least some of it out (always a learning process).

I started with eating grass-fed beef, eggs (corn and soy free), raw milk, raw cheese, raw butter, sourdough bread. That was pretty much it. I started losing weight (I was 200+ lbs in the pictures above). And at 6’1 and skinny arms that is not good to say the least. I got down to about 170 lbs pretty quick (probably about 3 months) and was able to start building some muscle with doing just pushups, pullups and eating healthier than I had in the past. Since then, I’ve floated around 170 lbs for the last 3-4 years. So, I did that for the previous 4 years thinking it was the healthiest thing I can do, since I was ordering my food from regenerative farms and making sure to limit the toxins and chemicals I put into my body, and that’s what all the new and cool healthy (looking) influencers told me to do and gave me “science” and reasoning to back up the claims; and since it was working better than what I previously had done I figured I was on the right track.

But here we are today and I’m realizing I was probably wrong and unlike most…willing to admit it. Just like for the first 4 weeks of big bad covid I thought it was going to kill me and my poor grandmother if we went outside without a mask on, didn’t wipe down our mail, and didn’t adhere to any of the other absurd requirements or recommendations from the “experts.” Thankfully I eventually realized there were too many holes in the logic behind wearing a mask walking into a restaurant until I sat down to eat, wearing a mask on a plane and being able to take it off to eat, etc. Fake science (sorry). Plus, I found documentation from governmental tied organizations seeing that covid was planned out long in advance. I could go on forever about how ridiculous some of the recommendations and things that went on were, but that’s not the point of me writing this even though I would love to dunk on all the people that tried to tell me I’m a bad person and don’t care about anyone besides myself because I wouldn’t let someone inject poison into me...but I digress...

For the past 3-4 weeks I’ve been rigorously testing out a new way of eating after coming across alternative theories to the whole grass-fed beef, eggs, and raw dairy health train being the most beneficial way of eating...focusing on eating mainly fruits with some other alkaline based/forming foods. There are two main reasons I did this...

  1. My whole life I’ve always been allergic/had sensitivities to almost all fruits and vegetables. Couple pieces of lettuce? Itchy throat. Orange or orange juice? Itchy throat. Bite of an apple? Felt like my throat was closing. Even just 6 weeks ago I had two raspberries and was bedridden for 2-3 hours with a stomach ache and mind scrambled more than all the eggs I’ve eaten in the last 4 years. Something seemed wrong. God didn’t design me to be allergic/have so many food sensitivities, so I knew something was wrong.

  2. Although I felt and looked much better after getting on the beef, eggs, raw dairy, and sourdough bread train...it still felt like I had more room to improve as I’d always get tired after eating a meal. Plus, even when I wouldn’t eat and was intermittent fasting, which was most efficient for me energy wise…I’d always get tired around 1-2 o'clock in the afternoon before eating, which was usually when I decided to eat my one meal per day since I could feel my mind slowing down and I was always trying to use my time as efficiently as possible. So, then I’d cook, eat, take a two-hour (ish) nap and try to get ready to work for the remainder of the day. Like I said, it felt I had more room to improve. I also was sleeping for 9+ hours per day.

I recently came across a “crazy” internet guy that decodes the bible and it a lot of it made sense to me. A lot more sense than the way I and many others had been taught about religion growing up as a catholic. Some guy walking on water, parting the sea, turning water into wine...none of that stuff really resonated with me or made any sense. So, after hearing this particular “crazy” guy decode the bible and make much more sense of all these bible verses...claiming the bible is written in code and comprised of mainly metaphors, symbolisms and allegories...and then after implementing some of his stuff into my life and noticing positive changes I decided to go all in with reading his books, listening to his lectures, taking his courses and more rigorously researching elsewhere some of the things he was talking about. Then I started to realize he’s not the only one that thinks like this and there is so much more information out there on the same subjects and ways of thinking about said subjects and decided to dive into his relatively small subset of work relating to health and the types of foods we’re supposed to be eating. I was hoping (with not much confidence) that it could help me cure my allergies/sensitivities as well as my energy problems...so, I decided to try out his cleanse and fast protocol, which consisted of eating mainly just blueberries (or another fruit with a complete amino acid profile like papaya, watermelon, or seeded grapes...I just chose blueberries because it was one of the only fruits if not the only that I could eat and not get a reaction), sea moss (to keep my mineral count up), and some specific types of tea that are high in minerals to do the same...for two full weeks (or until skin clears up). And then do a water fast for two days.

So, I did that and low and behold...a lot of my fruit and vegetable allergies/sensitivities had either completely cleared or at least seen dramatic improvement (still have some fruits to test out.) And my energy problem had been fixed with me having way more energy throughout the day then I have had in years. I was quite shocked to be honest, but the theory is basically that most of the food I was eating was going undigested and sitting in my colon (part of the large intestine) and causing these adverse reactions. Probably also causing my body to work harder then it had to in order to try and digest the foods it couldn’t leading to at least some of my energy problem. Again, I thought this was crazy going into it and had little to no hope, but results speak for themselves. I am now seemingly able to eat almost all the fruits and vegetables that I previously was not able to, and my energy has never been better (still have to test out some different types of nuts as I was very allergic to most tree nuts and some others.) Plus, I lost 21 lbs in just 12 days (also lost 7 lbs in the first 4 days) and seemingly lost zero to minimal muscle mass, just fat and inflammation, even though everyone I talked to before doing this said I need protein or I’m going to lose all my muscle, have no energy, or even some people said I was going to die or end up in the hospital, but now I’m starting to think the way we think about protein and food in totality is probably a scam/psyop just like most mainstream “science” and life theories are...if they weren’t everyone wouldn’t be fat, unhealthy and confused. I only did the cleanse part for 12 days and not the full two weeks, because my skin had totally cleared up to where I was no longer getting any pimples/zits and could no longer squeeze the white stuff out of the outside of my nose like I usually could, so it seemed like it was time to move on the fasting part of the protocol. There are definitely still some things that I am “allergic” to, but all of them have made dramatic improvement. I can now seemingly eat as many raspberries or oranges that I want, but there are some things like strawberries that haven’t been completely cleared. Instead of one strawberry making my throat itch and being very uncomfortable…Now I have to eat 15+ of them just to get a very tiny itch in the back of my throat, but it goes away once I eat another type of food after. I also tested hemp seed butter and that made my throat and even chest itch to where I was a little uncomfortable. So, I still have some other foods to test, but it seems like I am making improvements with all of them. Before I do the same cleanse again I will be going to get an allergy test at one of the clinics around here in order to get some measurable, verifiable results, so I can prove this is working instead of having to tell people anecdotally and hope they believe me.

After the 14 days of the cleanse and fast, I have started to add in foods that are alkaline/alkaline forming and avoiding foods that are considered acidic, which is actually a more complicated topic then it would seem on the surface. So, now I’m currently in the process of adding foods that are considered alkaline in the raw form, and alkaline forming (due to what is left over after digestion) and mainly just seeing how certain foods affect the way I and my stomach feels after eating; as well as my sleep patterns. It is certainly an ongoing process of adding and subtracting foods from my diet. I don’t claim to fully understand it (even though when I talk to people it may come off like I do) and just hope I can continue to learn and see what is right for me and my health goals as well as things that can help others. I also understand everyone’s goals are different and should be depending on where they are in life and hope others will do the same for themselves. I’m just hoping to give people some extra information and provoke some thoughts they otherwise may not have had. Now as I’m adding different foods in and taking foods out, I’m noticing things like bell peppers are still bothering my stomach or sleeping patterns, while fruits and veggies are seemingly having no negative effect on me at all. I’m able to work out before, after and even during eating...as well as my mind not getting tired and staying in a flow state that I’ve never experienced before. I am still early in this and testing things out, but I’m starting to lean to mainly fruit for the main part of the day and then maybe some other alkaline foods like arugula, hummus, olive oil, coconut oil, sourdough bread baked with spelt flour, quinoa, wild rice, as these feel good for me later in the day (still testing). I’m not perfect in this as I have definitely been eating some foods that are acidic (a little balsamic vinegar for dressing, some garlic), but I think as long as I am eating mainly alkaline foods that I will create/conduce an alkaline environment for my body, not allowing disease to survive. I also think this will allow me to more easily raise my consciousness, as it doesn’t seem to be just a coincidence that the colors of the chakras are exactly that of the pH scale (red lowest, purple highest). Although, I wouldn’t be surprised if I do at least do periods of a strict alkaline foods only...whether it be just fruit or a little less strict, but right now I’m not really sure on anything. As of now I’m thinking I will probably do the cleanse and fast (strictly blueberries and mineral count raisers) once every 3-4 months as that seems appropriate. Healing isn’t an overnight process. Especially when I have been eating poorly for the previous 29 years. It would probably be far-fetched to think that I (or you) can completely cure myself in one night or even 2 weeks of clean eating after eating poorly for decades.

So, with all that being said, I want to thank anyone who has taken the time out of their day to read this and hopefully have an open mind to it all or at least even just parts of it. Like I said earlier I’m just hoping to give people some different information and provoke some thoughts they may not have had on their own. So again, thank you and if you have any questions feel free to reach out to me as I’d love to help others on their health journey, so we all escape the matrix together.

How to do the Cleanse & Fast Protocol Recommendation:

Cleanse: There are 3 parts to doing this the right way. All to be done simultaneously in the first two weeks.

Part 1: Choose one, two or maybeee three of the following fruits

Wild Blueberries

Papaya

Watermelon (seeded because if it’s not, its fake and GMO)

Seeded Grapes (probably hard to find)

The less amount of fruits you eat, the better, making it easier for your digestive system to do it’s job. One fruit better than two, and two fruits better than three. Less is more.

Part 2: Sea moss and/or shilajit.

I would recommend both as that is what I did. Sea moss is what the bible decoder recommended...I just added shilajit, because it has a lot of essential minerals and I already had this in my cabinet. The idea of this is to keep your bodies’ mineral count up to better prepare you for the fasting part of the protocol. Your body needs to be prepared to fast in order to get the proper benefits from it. Think of it like a well-oiled machine. If you want it to work at top capacity, then it needs the proper nutrition.

Part 3: Tea

Get some different teas that are also high in minerals. The idea is the same as the sea moss and shilajit. Ideal to prepare the body. These are the teas I would recommend. I did nettle leaf tea 95% of the time as that was the best sourced tea I could find. No tea bags either, those are poison. Just have to put water and tea into a pot, lightly boil/simmer (each tea will have a different way of preparing). Some teas high in minerals:

Nettle Leaf/Root Tea

Sarsparilla Tea

Dandelion Leaf Tea

I did these 3 parts and only these for 12 days before moving onto the water fast. Like I said it is recommended to do for around two weeks or until your skin clears up as that will be proof your body has gotten rid of a large portion of the undigested food in your gut causing problems. For most people I would guess it would take longer than it did for me, because I viewed myself as a relatively healthy individual, already doing my best to avoid toxins and chemicals in everyday life, but that would be for the individual to judge for themselves.

Fasting:

I did a water fast. You can choose what type of fast you want to do, but this is what I’d recommend.

I drank only spring water in glass bottles. Plus, I would add some electrolytes and sea salt mainly to get more magnesium in my body as that is seemingly essential for proper functioning/hydration of the human body. (I can recommend some good electrolytes and sea salt as well).

While fasting, if it feels like you need to eat, then eat. You may not have prepared your body well enough to fast. Especially if you have never done it in the past. Even though if you did feel like you needed to eat I’d assume it’s because your mind is not as strong as it should be, as the human body wasn’t designed to eat all day, every day. One or two bouts of hunger doesn’t mean you need to eat.

Again, if anyone has any questions, concerns, or anything at all...please feel more than free to reach out to me, as I’d be more than happy to help.

Like I mentioned at the beginning of this paper, I have many friends asking me what I’ve been doing differently, and some are willing to give it a go for themselves. So, because I see this as something that could potentially help a lot of people...I am encouraging people to get tested for allergies and/or get blood tested before they start this protocol. The reason for this is to be able to get some trackable results in order to give other people that are on the fence about it another form of results rather than just seeing with their eyes and just listening to what it has done for me. I also think it would be good to track and have at disposal for some people that are on the unhealthier side of things, where they are having to more diligently keep track of blood results in order to not have any serious problems, even though I don’t presume this could be a bad thing for anyone even when most medical doctor would disagree. I’m also looking to get some tangible results on the allergy side of things, because if could do this then could definitely help a lot of people relatively quickly. My aunt who has had colon cancer for the last 25 years~ is not allowed to eat raw fruit at the will of her doctors, because they say the seeds in fruit will get stuck in her colon and cause a blockage, even though the reason she always has to go back to the hospital is to clear out the blockages from eating the food they are recommending her to eat. There’s just no plausible reason that eating healthier would cause any issues as long as they aren’t leaving anything out, but I understand that’s exactly what they would be told by a doctor, because big pharma is legally required to not heal their patients (customers), because if they did then they would go out of business…big pharma companies are public companies and therefore required by law to do what is best for the shareholders…if they cured everyone then they would go out of business. Doctor obviously aren’t doing this maliciously…they were just taught one way and their incomes are tied to it, so it is hard/near impossible for them to change their thinking on issues like this.

I’d recommend just getting the most extensive blood test/panel available to them that is covered by insurance as I understand most have bought into the scam that is health insurance (If it wasn’t a scam then insurance companies would go out of business, but of course they never do). I’d also recommend they make sure by asking their doctor or whoever is conducting the blood test/panel to have them test for testosterone, free testosterone, thyroid related indicators, and anything else they think is important. If anyone has any good suggestions/opinions on this, I’m more than open to listen as I’m not very familiar with blood panels and trying to learn about them myself. If your insurance will not cover a simple blood panel test giving the aforementioned indicators, then I’d be willing to pay for it out of pocket, if you are willing to commit to the protocol, because I think it’s worth it.

And for the allergy testing, most allergists will recommend a skin prick test, which is introducing you to minimal amounts of each allergen and seeing how your body reacts to them and then giving some sort of score based on how big the bump on your skin is. They would only recommend a different type of test if you are majorly allergic to some things and would be nervous to introduce any of those allergens into your arm/back (where the test is administered on your body) in order to avoid a bad reaction. If that was the case then they would recommend an IgE blood test, which is testing the amount of immunoglobin in your blood.

Other unrelated recommendations for health:

  1. Jump in Gods’ bath (the ocean)

If you live on the beach and haven’t jumped (or walked) into the ocean in more than a month, then why do you live here (Miami Beach)? God might not be judging you, but I am.

2. Do your best to avoid any toxins and/or chemicals you come into contact with on a daily basis. Some might include:

  • Drinking water - Most drinking waters are full of toxins and microplastics that are crazy for people to ingest on a daily basis. If you watched some of the videos I’ve watched, you would understand why getting a clean drinking water is essential to health.

  • Hygienic Products - (Deodorant, toothpaste, shampoo, soaps, air fresheners, etc.) I will gladly give you recommendations to help minimize the amount of toxins and chemicals you are putting on and into your body every day as I think this is a massively under looked aspect of peoples’ health. Most of these products are endocrine/hormone disrupters that are absolutely going to have a negative effect on your health. Just changing a few of these things can have a massively positive impact on your health. I will gladly help you identify some of these and give you alternatives that don’t make you go out of your way or really even think about this stuff anymore. We just need to identify and replace. Again, I will help.

  • Cookware - Most cookware is full of chemicals. Non-stick cookware is awful; filling your food with heavy metals that you can’t taste because the food overpowers it. To see for yourself, put 1 cup of water and a teaspoon of baking soda into a pot or pan, boil for 5 minutes, and then stir it and take a spoonful to taste (after it cools, so you don’t burn yourself), you will immediately understand why you need to get better cookware (it will taste like metal).

  • Clothing - Most clothing today is made of polyester or another type of endocrine/hormone disrupting material that is affecting you at all times (assuming you are wearing clothing). Instead of wearing polyester, nylon, recycled plastic...you should be wearing natural fibers like organic cotton, linen, or wool. These fibers are not full of chemicals and will not (for the most part) create static electricity, which is what you should be aiming to avoid. If your clothes are creating static electricity, it is disrupting your natural electromagnetic taurus field, also referred to as a biofield, toroidal field or as some call it...aura (an overused term). Every one of your cells is exactly this and the combination of all of them create your biofield. This is what really keeps you healthy...a strong, healthy, properly functioning biofield. You know when someone walks into a room and a bunch of people seem to turn their heads and look at that person? That’s because their biofield is strong and can be sensed by others. Yes, most of the time that person is good looking, but if you know what I’m talking about you’d agree that peoples’ heads turn before they even see them, so it can’t be just based on looks alone. It’s a feeling that can’t really be described (even though I’m currently trying to). It will look something like the image below...invisible to the naked eye, but very feelable(?) by any human that is in close proximity (keep scrolling to keep reading if your on the mobile version…I’m not a professional website developer and not going to hire one).

It stems from the heart and will span anywhere from 3-6 yards...maybe more...I don’t know...I can’t see it, I can’t touch it, but I can feel it. Ok I’m done... (for now)...before I start to sounding too crazy for you to take any of my recommendations somewhat seriously. But as I mentioned earlier about a bunch of people asking me what I’m doing for my health, because I lost weight, look better, and have a better overall look on life...this is really what people are noticing…my biofield, my energy, my frequency, my vibration.

If you take any of these even just semi-seriously and actually make some changes to your daily routine, I’m sure you would notice the difference in how you feel, without ever doing anything to your diet. Again, if you have any questions on how to change and replace any of this stuff I will gladly help as I have many recommendations to give as I have tried a bunch of this stuff myself from many different companies. Just ask.

Thank you again for taking some time out of your day and let’s ASCEND TOGETHER.

So I can’t spend all day answering peoples’ texts, telling them which stores to shop at for every different toxin/chemical they are trying to avoid, so I’m going to list a lot of the products and resources I’ve used, so people can check them out for themselves. Yes, some of these are referral/affiliate links I would get a kickback if someone used a link, but that is not my goal. Simply trying to make it easier for people and myself. Feel free to go to the websites yourself to avoid me getting a kickback. I have much bigger plans then making a few bucks from referral links anyway (I’m gonna escape the matrix, or better yet, break it).
