These are some of the products I either use on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Or products I have tried and now trust. Some will be better than others, but I think all of this stuff, if not most of it…will be better than what you or whoever’s life your trying to improve are currently using. Like I said in the about me section, I think a good way to look at is to just limit exposure to toxins when and where possible. We live in a world where you’re never going to be able to avoid everything, but that’s why god designed us to continuously be detoxing. Every breathe, drop of sweat, going to the bathroom is a form of detoxing…we are always doing it. So, instead of using a toothpaste with 1000 chemicals in it…a toothpowder with maybe just a couple toxins will do good by you. It all depends on how strictly you take your diet. If I was eating strictly fruit all day every day, then I probably wouldn’t need to even use the toothpowder or deodorant at all. As a bad smell coming from your underarms is more likely than not your body detoxing from something you ingested or absorbed one way or another. I’m sure that may sound crazy to some, but don’t judge until you try it (Like I have). So with that being said, here are some of the resources I use to try and be the healthiest human I can be.

So, I can’t spend all day answering peoples’ text telling them which stores to shop at for every different toxin they are trying to avoid, so I’m going to list all the products and resources I’ve used, so people can check them out for themselves. Yes, some of these are referral/affiliate links I would get a kickback if someone used a link, but that is not my goal. Simply trying to make it easier for people. Plus, if I can start to get some money from this...I can make sure I don’t end up back in Long Island, NY in my childhood bedroom. I have much bigger plans then making a few bucks from referral links anyway (trying to escape and/or break the matrix).

I will continuously be updating and adding to this list when I find a product or resource I think may help someone. That’s the main reason why I couldn’t just do this as a word doc/pdf, because I would have no sensible way of updating it and making sure people have the newest version. I’m not looking to get a following of any sort from this website. Just trying to give people I know a useful resource.

Revival of Wisdom – This is the guy who decodes the bible, created his version of the health cleanse (I think) and really lead me in the right direction. I owe this guy my life. It does seem like most of his health ideas have come from Dr. Sebi…who is most famous for his beliefs/benefits of an alkaline diet.

Food

Northwest Wild Foods – this is where I’ve been getting my berries from. They deliver the berries with dry ice straight to your door and have a great variety to choose from.

Bread of Heaven – where I’ve been getting bread and pasta from. They have some really good spelt options, which is the flour that is considered alkaline by Harry B. (revival of wisdom)

Dutch Meadows Farm - This is one of the original farms I started on the grass fed, raw milk train. Although I am off that train at least for now and probably forever as I feel better than I ever have leading me to believe I probably got psyoped into thinking that was the best way of eating just like many are currently doing…they do still have a lot of good options. And if you are going to keep eating meat I’d at least hope you get it properly sourced from a regenerative farm like this rather than getting the fake, vaccinated, and soon to be (if not already) lab created meat in the grocery stores. I still order my honey from here as I think it is the best sourced and tasting honey I’ve ever found. The apiary they source the honey farm seemingly goes above and beyond to properly source the honey. Plus a lot of honey even when labeled raw and unfiltered is bullshit, because a lot of beekeepers feed the bees high fructose corn syrup to make it taste better and not have to put it on the label. Crazy I know, but it’s actually way more common than one might think.

Water

Alive Water – this is where I’ve been getting my water from. From a fresh spring right here in Florida. The companies ideas are based on Dr. Masuro Emoto, who did a lot of research and tests on water himself, published the studies and then sparked a bunch of new research when people saw the stunning outcomes he had. (although I am drinking way less water than previously because I am getting my H3O2 from fruits. (H20 is kind of a scam). If you text me separately I can give you a discount code to use on your first order for 50% off (assuming the code still works). They also have a cool referral/affiliate program to where if you refer enough people that order from here you could get your water for cheaper, for free, or even get paid to drink water. Not a bad deal. The water is definitely a premium product and therefore sells at a premium price, but for something I am consuming all day everyday it seems worth it to me.

Mountain Valley Spring Water - This is where I used to get my spring water from. You can get home delivery or buy it at Whole Foods.

Hygienic Products

Vanman - this is where I get my deodorant, toothpaste (powder), and mouthwash (barely use) from. They also have some good skincare options. I may not even be ordering from them much longer as they use animal products, and that’s kind of what I am getting away from using. I will probably just start making my own deodorant and toothpaste/powder.

Clothing and Bedding

For clothing ~ the goal is to avoid synthetic and unnatural fibers like polyester, nylon, spandex, etc. and opt for natural fibers like linen, organic cotton, organic wool, and hemp. This should also apply to the material your bed sheets are made out of. Especially since you are pretty much always wearing clothes or in your bed. Making the change to natural fibers will do wonders for you. I know it may not sound like a big deal at first, but once you start wearing natural fibers you will not want to go back to the old unnatural stuff you were wearing. You will adapt and start to hate static electricity. You’ve just become adapted to it, since you’ve been wearing and sleeping in it your entire life.

Alcohol

Dry Farm Wines – Although I do not want to encourage drinking alcohol...this is probably the healthiest you can find. Most wine you’re going to find at the store is full of so many things you don’t want to be drinking. On the occasion I do drink...this is my choice. Much different feeling the next morning compared to drinking whatever you can find at the stores around here even if your buying “premium wine” or any other type of premium labeled alcohol. If you use this link and sign up for the membership, you can get an extra bottle for just a penny.

Oils (cooking and non-cooking)

You should not be cooking with olive oil. If you need an oil to cook with it should be with avocado oil as it has a high smoke point. If you cook with olive or coconut oil it will oxidize that is not good for you at all. Also a lot of oils are cut (mixed) with unhealthy oils, so companies can increase their margins. Always read the labels and ideally research the company before buying anything.

Olive Oil

Oliva Dorada – this is the olive oil I have been using. Tastes great and a relatively good price.

 Avocado Oil

Chose Foods Avocado Oil - I use this when I forget to buy/run out of avocado oil directly from farms/websites. You can get this at Whole Foods or an amazon for convenience.

https://amzn.to/3DWBtZM

Georgetown Olive Oil Co. - this is the main avocado I’ve been using for my cooking. Seems like it is sourced properly, and have some other good products as well. I may switch to a cold pressed avocado oil at some point when I find a good one. I only just started using avocado oil myself.

Coconut Oil

Original Living Coconuts - This is where I get my coconut oil from. I try to eat a spoonful of this before, during, or after every meal (ideally before to boost metabolism, but whenever works). Feel like this really helps me stay lean. I also use it as a body/face lotion. Put this on my entire body, jump in the ocean, let the sun absorb into my skin. Does wonders.

Salts

Vera Salt – this is the main salt I use. The reason I use this is because it tests very low to no microplastics as well as low in heavy metals, which are surprisingly in a lot of salts. Even the proclaimed healthy ones.

David’s Kosher Salt - Just started using this salt as it tested very low in heavy metals. Seems like a great choice. May soon become my go-to salt.

https://amzn.to/4cqxMbx

Celtic Sea Salt - Makai Pure Deep Sea Salt - I choose this version (there are many) of Celtic Sea Salt as it is very high in magnesium compared to all other salts and I think this is very important mainly for hydration, but also just overall bodily function. It does test relatively high for heavy metals though, so I’d recommend going with the Vera Salt (see above), but I understand not everyone wants to spend that much on salt, so I chose this one as it seems efficient for getting enough magnesium in your diet.

Electrolytes

Drink Sote - These are the electrolytes I’ve been using. Couple guys started the company from right here in Miami Beach. Great way to support local business.

HF Coors – this is where I order the plates and bowl I use from. Won’t have different chemicals leaching into your food. I’d go with all white if I were you.

Lightbulbs

I’d highly recommend switching out your LED and fluorescent light bulbs for incandescent ones. There’s a reason that it feels, so good when the lights go off in a room that you’ve been in for a while. It’s because they have been poisoning you. I’m not going to go into much detail about this one in order to not sound too crazy, but yea LEDs and fluorescent light bulbs are terrible for you. This is not something to overlook and a really easy thing to change. Just make sure you are buying bulbs with the correct wattage/lumens for the room/environment you are trying to light. I spent and wasted way too much money buying the wrong bulbs for the correct room. Feel free to shoot me a text for an idea on which to buy. I also have a bunch extra in my apartment I could give/sell you.

Colored Light Bulbs - I use these lightbulbs pretty much for all nighttime hours when sitting behind my computer and need some light to right stuff down. It took me probably a few days to get used to the different color light and seeing what I’m looking at, but I’ve definitely adjusted and couldn’t imagine going back to even incandescent bulbs for the nighttime hours.

https://amzn.to/3XJRh8Y

Amazon - I would start with something like this to avoid paying a lot for a bunch of lightbulbs that aren’t bright enough or too bright like I did. Took me a few tries to get the level of lighting I wanted for different rooms’ needs.

Bulbs.com - Can buy many bulbs at once from here for a cheap price.

Cookware

This is also very important and not to be overlooked. Good cookware that won’t leach heavy metals into the brain and body is essential to living a healthy life. As I mentioned just do a simple water test and you will see what I’m talking about. Put water and a tablespoon of baking soda into a pan, boil for just 5 minutes, then stir and scoop some up with a spoon and taste it (Please don’t burn yourself). It will taste like metal. If just 5 minutes does that…imagine how much metal you are ingesting when cooking a full meal.

Saladmaster - This is where I bought all my cookware from as it is the first place I found that used real stainless steel. Most stainless steel products you find for sale are mixed with other metals that will leach into your food. You need to make sure it is 316ti stainless steel if you want the highest quality. These products are high end. You can also cook vegetables without water with their products, which is also why they are so expensive. If you are seriously interested in buying the products then you can contact this phone number (813 842-4105). This is the same lady (product rep) that I purchased my stuff from. She is a nice, little spanish? lady that will come to your home and cook you a meal to showcase the products. Please don’t take advantage of her just for a free meal. She is a hard working person just like the rest of us and her time is valuable. Again, these products are expensive. I bought a full set for $2800, and then had to repurchase the 12 in. skillet and spatula for something like $500 after leaving it in Key West for my friends bachelor party. Again, this is a premium product. If you don’t want to spend that much, I’d look into a second option (see below) that isn’t super expensive, but also isn’t 100% proof. Or just get a cast iron pan. You can get these for under $100 (I think).

Saladmaster.com

Contact: (813) 842-4105 (the little spanish lady)

360 Cookware - This is a good second option for someone not looking to break the bank on pots and pans. Their products are made with 304ti stainless steel. It is not as good as 316, but it is way better than any of the other non-stick/teflon options.

(360 cookware affiliate link)

Note* - I tried out cast iron, but I ruined about 4 different pans by not cleaning them correctly, so I decided to bite the bullet and just get the highest quality stainless steel I could find, so I could quickly clean, not worry about ingesting heavy metals on the daily, and not buying a new cast iron pan every month (week).

Blue Light Glasses - This is the best website to buy blue light blocking glasses I’ve come across. A lot of the ones on the market don’t block a large % of the blue light needed to achieve a significant difference even though most are marketed as such. They also have daytime and nighttime lenses. Also, normal sunglasses are terrible for your eyes. They disrupt the natural wavelengths of light that the sun provides. Have you noticed the same companies that sell sunglasses also sell you prescription glasses? If sunglasses were actually protecting your eyes from the sun in a positive way their business model wouldn’t make much sense. The whole sunlight is bad for your eyes and don’t stare at the sun is some of the worst health advice you can get. The sun is not bad for you. I repeat…the sun is not bad for you. It is what gives everything on earth energy and life. SUN = GOOD = GOD.
